Member permissions
The Settings → Configurations page controls what non-admin members are allowed to do. Changes take effect immediately for all members.Data Vault uploads
By default, members can upload files to the Data Vault and share them with colleagues. If you want to restrict uploads to admins only, disable the Allow members to upload internal files to Vault and share files toggle. When this is off, only city admins can add documents to the Data Vault. Members can still read and search files that admins have made available to them.Template sharing
Templates are reusable document structures for staff reports and other city documents. By default, only admins can share templates org-wide. To allow members to publish templates to the entire organization, enable the Allow members to share templates org-wide toggle.Even when template sharing is restricted, members can still create and use personal templates. The restriction applies only to sharing templates with all users in the workspace.
